Mrs. O.A. Sanni-Adeniyi, B.Sc., M.Sc. (Virology), MPH is Deputy Director (Epidemiology) in the Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja, Nigeria.  She has extensive experience in public service  with expertise in policy development and implimentation in the control and prevention of rabies in human community in Nigeria. She engages multi-disciplinary team players, involving Pharmacists, Physicians, Veterinarians, Laboratorians, the general public, public administrators and the legislature in participatory community efforts towards the control of rabies in Nigeria. She currently engages international network of the Global Alliance for Rabies Control in coordinating the World Rabies Day activities at the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria. She is well involved and actively facilitated the innauguration of Rabies in West Africa (RIWA) Steering Committee in 2012.
